Lora Clark is a native of Marseilles, IL. She has been employed at Washington University since 1998. She worked for 10 years in the Finance Office as an Administrative Assistant for the Vice Chancellor for Finance while continuing her education in the evening and receiving her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Washington University in 2007. Once she received her degree, she transferred to The Office of Student Conduct and the Dean of Students Office where she has worked for almost 15 years as an Administrative Assistant.
She has been married to her husband David, for the past 37 years and they have four grown children and 15 grandchildren (ages 5-29 years old) plus one great-granddaughter, age 5 months. Lora followed David around the world for the better part of 20 years while he was in the active duty military (U.S. Army). They fostered nine teenage foster children during the late 1980s and early 1990s while stationed at Fort Leonard Wood. Her favorite pastimes are going to the movies, watching St. Louis Cardinal baseball, and traveling.
